All health-related features — including but not limited to blood pressure tracking, medication reminders, symptom logging, menstrual cycle tracking, pregnancy calculations, body metrics, sleep tracking, exercise logging, food/nutrition tracking, and mental wellness tools — are for personal informational tracking only.

16.2 Health Data Accuracy

Health data displayed in TumbleT is based on user input and automated calculations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health information. Nutrition estimates may vary by ±30% or more from actual values. Blood pressure classifications are based on published AHA guidelines but are informational only. Cycle and fertility predictions are statistical approximations and should not be used for contraception or family planning.

16.3 AI Health Responses

TumbleT uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to respond to user queries, including health-related questions. AI responses are generated by third-party models and are informational only, not medical advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Never make medical decisions based on AI-generated content.

16.4 Assumption of Risk

You assume all risk associated with using health features in TumbleT. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

16.5 No HIPAA Compliance

TumbleT is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Health data you enter is stored using standard security measures but is not subject to HIPAA protections.
